Accelerated Urgent Care at 4871 White Lane, Bakersfield, California.

Visited location because i called in asked if my insurance was accepted there, and i was told yes. I arrive and my insurance isn’t accepted. (Aetna) now I’m told i have to pay 200 you know what that was fine. I’m sick i don’t feel good you’re gonna help me that’s great. I payed the 200 and got my prescription only thing was they sent it to a pharmacy that was already closed. Fortunately i called in time before they could close and informed one of the receptionist whom assured me she would send my prescription to the 24 hr Walgreens i spent two hours there and was told that they never received my prescription. Now the medicine i was relying on to get some rest is basically out of my reach for another day. Thanks for wasting my time and money i will never visit this location again. Truly sad and dissatisfied with the customer service.

Like that they're open everyday and close 9 p.m. Good location as well.
