Not just bad customer service, it is horrible!
Like the other reviews, I had a return, with the original receipt, and the OWNER would not let me return the UNused item. (a bib my mother got 2 days prior)
I do not live in the area, so store credit was not a option for me. When I told her I would report her to the BBB if she did not return the money, she put up a fight and finally gave me my money.
I apologized for the inconvenience and she told me she didn't have time to deal with me. She continued to yell at me and told me that this might be the last time I would be welcome in her store. I took my money and told her I would not want shop at her store again with service like that.
Her behavior was so bad that her own staff was embarrassed for her, and were whispering how sorry they were as I left.
I consider myself a friendly, personable person. I was completely caught off guard by her behavior!
With customer service like that, I don't know how she stays in business. Clearly, I am not the only one who thinks this!
