My mom has always had a card through these guys, so when it came down to my boyfriend getting me my promise ring, I told him to go there, we got a diamond vita ring which is online ordered. I had a problem with the ring diamonds due to them falling out, they sent it in and then my band broke pissing me off to the max because I mean its my promise ring you know? I was cursing at the staff and made it crystal clear how pist off i was even though I was out of line the staff showed me the most patience and respect, the manager went out of her way to make sure that my band was fix at the end of the day (and its just as beautiful as the first day I got it) this jeweler is amazing, they really do take their time to hear your fusterations and do the very best they can to tend to you, thank you guys for handling this with the most respect and understanding as a company could get.
