Massage Envy - Bakersfield Marketplace at 9000 Ming Ave.,, Suite D1, Bakersfield, California.

I had an appointment for Saturday at 8pm. When I showed up receptionist said my therapist called in sick and no one else was available to give me a massage. They claimed they called that morning and left a message but it was absolutely a lie. I am furious and dissapointed. I was unable to reschedule with anyone else due to their negligence. I really needed it because I'm 7 months pregnant and have sciatica! I was offered no apology or compensation. I absolutely will never be going here or recommending them. Stay away from this unprofessional place!
